Countries with CFSL or similar laws.
After the year 2022, a series of world-wide economic crises caused a large number of countries to adopt authoritarian laws that overturned a number of civil liberties. The "Compulsory Female Slavery Law" that legalized female trade was among them.
Countries with no CFSL but wide spread de-facto female slavery.
Almost all regimes around the world became more authoritarian in response to the crises, but not all countries made legal arrangements to make female slavery compulsory. Some only turned a blind eye to the growing practice.
Countries with anti-slavery laws, but some female trafficking.
A considerable number of states resisted the rapid spread of the CFSL and banned all kinds of female slavery. However not all of them are efficient enough to deal with illegal enslavement of females and smuggling.

A huge number of countries were able to stop any advances of the CFSL within their borders and effectively stopped female trafficking attempts.

Compulsory Female Slavery Law of 2022
Article 1: The New Masculine Order
Section 1 -
All legislative, executive and judicial powers shall be given to the representatives of the male population of the nation. No females shall be eligible for such offices, and they will have no right to vote.
Article 2: The New Status of the Females
Section 1 -
All females over the age of 18 shall become the property of their closest male relatives (CMR). Their owners have the right to keep or sell the females for sexual use. Females without a father, a husband, or any close male relatives will be available for appropriation unless they acquire an exemption from slavery (see Article 3, section 2). Public females shall be appropriated and trained by state run institutions for the good of the public.
Section 2 -
a-Enslaved females shall be called "fuckslaves" or "slavecunts". A sex slave must refer to herself in the third person as "this cunt".
b-Enslaved females shall call their owners "master". Enslaved or not, all females shall behave respectfully in the presence of men.
c-All fuckslaves must bear a neck-band to identify themselves as enslaved fucktoys. Removing a slave neck-band is a criminal offense. (See Addendum 1, Section 1)
d-Fuckslaves must stay in a respectful kneeling position or crawl on all-fours like puppies in the presence of men. Enslaved females are not allowed to walk or stand on their two feet unless ordered by their masters.
e-Fuckslaves shall be restained by a proper dog-leash when in public regardless of their level of training and obedience.
f-Fuckslaves shall never say "no" to their masters. Slaves are not allowed to defy orders or use negative language. Defying a master is punishable by death.
g-Fuckslaves shall not speak in the presence of their masters or other men unless spoken to. When asked a question or ordered to perform sexual or other tasks, fuckslaves must speak with a soft and respectful voice.
Article 3 - The Bureau of Female Affairs
Section 1 -
The Bureau of Female Affairs (BFA) shall be responsible of the tasks below;
a-The registration and monitoring of all nubile females over the age of 18, who are eligible for sexual use: All females must register at the BFA within the week after their 18th birthday. BFA shall obtain and file detailed images and video of the female subjects for future use.
b-Forceful appropriation and training of public females (i.e. orphans, women without a natural or legal owner) : The BFA shall train eligible females for proper sex service and sell them to private persons and institutions.
c-The BFA shall keep a national slave registry in order to safeguard the property owner's rights, provide slave insurance, and slavery enforcement services.
Section 2 - The Freedom Fee
a- A female who is not registered as a slave by her closest male relative or any other male who purchased her from her closest male relative is considered free. Property rights of a free female belong to the closest male relative (CMR). A female shall remain free until the time her CMR decides to enslave or sell her, and she cannot be enslaved without the consent of her CMR. All females over the age of 18 must be registered by the Bureau of Female Affairs. CMRs of females (parent, husband, etc) who choose not to sell their females must pay a "freedom fee" in order to buy a "limited exclusion from slavery" permit. A female can be excluded from slavery for only two years with a single permit. The exclusion term can be extended by further payment. Failure to pay will result in immediate enslavement of the female subject by the BFA.
b- The exclusion from slavery will be nullified if;
i- The female fails to pay the fees by the deadlines specified in her exemption permit.
ii- The female voluntarily submits to a master before the end of the exclusion.
iii- The female commits a felony during her exclusion.
Addendum - The slave neck-band.
a- The black neck-band or choker is mandatory for all enslaved females. Standards and technical specifications of the choker must comply with the guidelines issued by the BFA at the beginning of every year. Women-owners who do not use up-to-date female identification material will be fined.
b- The slave band can be removed only by BFA personnel. Authorized female veterinarians may remove bands temporarily for medical purposes.
c- The slave band can only be removed by the request of the owner of the slave. Unauthorized removal of a band by a male other than the owner of the slave is considered theft and will be punished according to the penal code. Removal of a band by a free female is punishable by instant enslavement. Removal of a band by a slave is punishable by heavy torture and/or death.
d- Slavecops retiring from service at the age of 30 will be freed for a period of no less than 5 years. Upon retirement, the black slave band of the slavecop will be replaced with a blue band. A female with a blue band is considered untouchable until the end of her term unless she commits a felony or volunteer for re-enslavement.
Mistreatment of Females Act
a- Mistreatment of free females: A free female (described in Article 3, Section 2-a) with a valid permit for exclusion from enslavement cannot be utilized sexually by unauthorized males without the consent of her CMR. Unauthorized sexual utilization of a free female is considered a misdemeanor, and could be classified as "damaging private property" and/or "theft" depending on the seriousness of the crime. In case of a breach, "Arbitration Court" of the BFA will assess the damages to the property and determine the reparation costs.
b- Mistreatment of slavewomen: A female who was registered as a slave at BFA office is legally considered property. Any unauthorized utilization of the enslaved female is a serious felony, and is punishable by financial reparations and imprisonment. State Criminal Courts have sole jurisdiction over such cases.

A- Adjustable super-magnetic button lock. Sold in passive mode and can be activated by hand once the band is wrapped around the female's neck. Integrated power source recharges by movement and heat produced by the slave. Can be unlocked by special apparatus at a BFA registration office, a SEFR vehicle or at a Fem-vet clinic. Do not activate before putting the band around a female's neck. Wait a few seconds until the reinforced smart-leather band adjusts to your female's neck size and shape. Consult a Fem-vet in case of adjustment failure to avoid AFT (accidental female termination).
B- GPAX Injection hole.
C- GPAC'5 Girl-Pacifier module: When an unauthorized attempt to remove the slave-band is detected, the module responds by injecting a non-lethal dose of GPAX via a retractable micro-needle. GPAX is a heavy pain-inducer that leaves the slave conscious but paralyzed for a period of two hours. A standard module contains 60 doses. Please refill when necessary.
D- GSL module: Global slave locator device. Remains connected to the central BFA registry even in passive mode. Can be programmed to trigger GPAX injection when the slave attempts to leave a certain area. When the slave-band is tempered with, it activates and alerts the slave's owner and the BFA central.
E- Wireless BFA Registry Identification module: It contains the ID information and historical data of the female. Frequently updated through online communication with the central BFA registry database.
F- Slave-band registration number engraved at the back of the BFA buckle.
Marriage Act
Section 1 - Wife Slaves:
a-All females who are legally married to their masters are called "wife-slaves". There is no legal difference between wife-slaves who were enslaved after their marriage, and wife-slaves who were married after their enslavement.
b-A wife-slave's master and husband must be the same male. A male cannot marry another's slave, and cannot enslave someone else's wife.
c-Wives are exempt from freedom fees and wife-slaves are exempt from slave taxes.
d-A wife slave is allowed to walk on her two feet in public places with her husband's permission. Leash and collar is not mandatory for wife-slaves in public.
e-A wife-slave is the legal favorite in a male's personal harem of multiple slavewomen. She can be held responsible for the crimes and misdemeanors of the lesser slaves.
f-Recall clause: All females sold by their CMR can be recalled from their owner within a year if the latter breaches the sales contract. If the former CMR agrees to refund the full price of the female, a female's owner must return the female to her former master. Wife-slaves are excluded from the recall clause and they don't need to be returned to the former CMR.
Female Hierarchy Regulation of 2025
a- All females are bound by the rules set by Article 2 of the CFSL of 2022 in their interaction with the members of the superior gender.
b- All "free females" are considered superior to the enslaved females. They will keep their higher standing as long as they maintain their "free status" as explained in detail in CFSL Article 3 Section 2.
i. Wives with a male child are superior to other free wives and single women.
ii-Wives with a female child are superior to childless free wives and single women.
iii.Wives without a child are superior to single free women.
iv.Single free women are superior to all slavewomen.
c- "Wife Slaves" are legal favorites of a male's personal harem of multiple slavewomen. It is the highest status an enslaved female can have.
i. Wife-slaves with a male child are superior to other wife-slaves and slaves.
ii-Wife-slaves with a female child are superior to childless wife-slaves and slaves.
iii.Wife-slaves without a child are superior to other slaves.
d- "Favorites" are temporarily and subjectively determined by males who own multiple slavewomen. Favorites are often the most attractive and/or most obedient members of a personal harem. They are superior to other slaves. Female owners may have their own sub-hiearchies among their slaves. These personal hierarchies are legally recognized in court when applicable.
e- Slavewomen without any designation, title, or rank are hierarchically ordered according to their age, older being superior to the younger.
f- If multiple slavewomen have the same status, rank, title, or designation, they will be hierarchically ordered according to their enslavement date. The slave with the longer service is superior to the others. If the service length is also equal, older slave is considered superior.
Female Registration Regulation of 2023
Section 1 - Free females
a- All females are required to report to an authorized BFA office for their "Primary Inspection" and register within a week after their 18th birthday. Failure to register before the deadline is punishable by public flogging.
b- The Primary Inspection is conducted by free or enslaved female personnel under the supervision of male inspectors. The bodies of the females must be inspected and documented thoroughly for future reference. Detailed photographs of the female's naked body and a video record of the inspection must be submitted to the central records office of the BFA within three days.
c- Females are classified according to their physical appearance and skills during their Primary Inspection. The ones with sexual appeal are classified as A, B, and C grades. Freedom fees and slave tax rates are calculated according to grades. The ones who are not fit for sexual service are classified as D-grades (labor slaves), and F-grades (service animals, beasts of burden)
d- Upon completion of the Primary Inspection, the female is given a temporary permit. This permit legally prohibits forceful enslavement of the female for a 3-month grace period.
e- Within three months following the Primary Inspection, the female or her CMR is required to apply for a Exclusion from Slavery permit. The standard permit provides a two-year exclusion. Females or their CMRs must re-apply for another permit during the last month of the permit. Permits can be renewed infinite times.
f- In some cases, a female is allowed to get a double-permit that is good for four-years. This is only possible if the female pays an extension fee in addition to the full amount of freedom fee.
g- Failure to pay the freedom fees nullifies the permit, and the female will be legally available for forceful enslavement.
h- If a female submits to a master during her exclusion by her own free will, the permit legally ends with the slave registration. Fees are not refundable.
Section 2 - Slaves
a- All purchased and enslaved females must be registered at an authorized BFA office within a week after purchase. Failure to register a slave is punishable by heavy fines and/or incarceration.
b- Women owners are required to pay a one-time registration fee for each slave. The fees cover the cost of documentation and the standard BFA-slave choker issued to the enslaved female.
c- Registration is completed by issuing an official "Female Ownership Certificate" (FOC) for the enslaved female. A FOC legally authorizes the use of the female as a slave. A copy of the FOC is given to the female's owner, and another copy is kept by the BFA for verification purposes. Destroying or changing the FOC is a criminal offense punishable by heavy fines and incarceration.
d- The FOC must be updated every time a slave is acquired by another owner.
e- The FOC must display the grade and current purpose of the slave. The slave's grade and purpose (private, communal, commercial) are required for calculation of slave tax.
i- Slaves owned by private persons for personal recreational use are considered "private slaves".
ii- Slaves owned by organizations and companies (for member and employee use) are considered "communal slaves".
iii- Slaves owned by private persons and organizations that are rented or used for any commercial gain are considered "Commercial slaves".
Slave Nomenclature Regulation of 2022
Section 1 - The Servonym:
a- All purchased and enslaved females must be registered under a new name demonstrating their lowered status. A slave-name (servonym) can be a single word, a combination of words, or multiple words.
(e.g. Jugs, Fuckwhore, Fuckwhore Bigjugs)
b- Female owners are encouraged to use degrading names for their slaves. If the owner fails to name his slave, BFA female evaluation software will assign a randomized name that fits the female's specifications from the approved name list.
Section 2- Proper Use of the Servonym
a- Female owners are free to call their female property any name they prefer in daily life. However, a slave is identified only by her servonym and BFA registration number in official documents and legal proceedings.
(e.g. Fuckwhore BFA-REG156YTH89)
b- Since there is a limited number of servonyms, a slave's birthname can be used as a prefix for the servonym.
(e.g. Jenny Fuckwhore)
c- In official documents, the word "cunt" (abbreviated Ct.) indicates a slave, while the word "slut" (abbreviated Ms.) indicates a free female.
(e.g. Ms. Jenny Johnson was registered as Ct. Jenny Fuckwhore)
d- In formal situations, the proper way to address another man's slave is to use her servonym. If the slave's name is not known, she should be referred to as her master's cunt.
(e.g. John's cunt.)
e- In formal situations, it is improper to use the word "slut" when addressing another man's slave. The word "slut" is legally reserved for free women.
