"My Account" shows my clearance of reply.
But still can't find the reply button of any section.

Dunno how, but you may simply use ctrl+enter to reply. It always works

Maybe you don't have the permission to reply in some section. I met the same situation too...

due to your support and giving,level,when you level up to 2 grade,you could go to more section of SIS,Also you could reply more section.

Or maybe it's simply you missed the button ? When I explore this site, these chinese words confuses me so many times that it took me one whole day to get used to the site...
