小弟来之新加坡, and I'm a new member. I have encounter a problem when trying to download files. I had installed BitCome0.71 but download remains at 0%. Can anyone suggest me what to do next? Your reply will be fully appreciate. Thank you.

i am using bitcomet 0.68  

have you enable NAT/Firewall or UPoP port mapping

options -- Preferemces--- Connetions ---  

-- Enable DHT network
-- Enable NAT/Firewall Configuration in ICS/ICF
-- Enable UPoP port mapping

1st of all, I would like to thank you for ur reply. Yes, I did enable all those u mentioned earlier but still fail to download at all. Is thr anything to do with router configuration? Or Network Address is totaly block for users in Singapore? Hope to hear from u soon. Thanks.

I don't know how to setup router config for bittorrent ,  i hope someone can help you.
