谁能解释下碱蓬菜是什么东西？从来没听说过

碱蓬又名盐蒿，青岛人又叫海蓬菜，喜欢生长在盐碱滩上，海泊河、李村河、白沙河入海口以及沙子口海湾、王哥庄海湾的滩涂上常可见到。

　　在饥饿的年代里，碱蓬不知道挽救了多少人的性命。现在生活好了，但老人的碱蓬菜情结更浓了，开春菜市场卖的最火爆的就是碱蓬菜。现代医学研究发现它有降糖降压，扩张血管，防治心脏病和增强人体免疫力等药用效能。

看起来碱蓬菜在南方不太可能买到.不过现在人们总是很容易迷信某几种食物的养身作用.

南方人的饮食文化确实跟北方还是有些微差距
