材料:带皮后腿猪肉一斤多,青椒、洋葱半斤,切片备用,蒜苗、白芹菜若干切成一寸长的段,豆瓣酱、盐、糖适量,甜面酱少许。

步骤一、将猪肉西干净用水煮熟,到筷子能插得进就可以了。然后捞起来切成薄片。(重庆这边吃猪肉要将猪皮在锅里烙黑,然后再洗刷干净,要不猪皮有股骚臭味)其他材料如上图洗净切好备用。
