北方人最爱的疙瘩汤
疙瘩汤做法:先在碗里放上半碗白面,水龙头开着了欲流还断的细细的水滴,将碗边转, 用手指快速搅动面粉,碗里的面就很快的成了了碎碎细细的小颗粒。不一会儿小碗里全都是均匀、细碎的小疙瘩了。把做好的疙瘩撒到开水锅里煮一会儿,我做的是家常疙瘩汤。-a6s1Mz8\
