材料:排骨8cm/块用五香粉、生抽、老抽、糖、生粉、味精入味,糯米半碗浸热水半小时沥干备用,荷叶1块

将荷叶洗净,浸软,按碟子的大小裁剪好,底面朝上铺在碟子上"B1y9mc o%CS

排骨两边沾上糯米(技巧:可先在荷叶上铺一层糯米然后放排骨在上,剩下的糯米覆盖表面),把腌汁均匀淋上

盖上碟子用中高火蒸1小时(盖碟子是因为蒸的时间较长避免倒汗水过多,用蒸笼就最好)中途记得往蒸锅里补水

呵呵,看了让人流口水啊,非常的棒!!我吃过一个和这个非常相似的菜,不过是用大闸蟹和糯米做的
