美味与健康兼得:意大利蔓越莓脆饼[18P]

[/td] [/tr] [tr] [td]以前买的都是小凯同学开的包装,我自己一直也没有注意过,这一注意就把自己给吓了一跳,当时就恨不得把小凯同学吃到嘴里的蛋糕给抠出来,太吓人了!受到了强烈的刺激。。。
当即决定,早饭的点心还是自己做的好,再也不偷懒了。。。
马上做了个意大利蔓越莓脆饼,早上配豆浆吃,再加点儿新鲜的苹果或者橙子,营养就很全面了,最主要的是吃得比较放心。
原料:
3个鸡蛋(最大个头的那种,而且要放至室温后再使用)
1/2杯黄油(1根butter)
1茶勺香草精(vanilla extract)
1杯压实了的红糖
3又1/4杯中筋面粉
1茶勺泡打粉
1/2茶勺盐
1杯蔓越莓果干(也可以用别的果干代替)

烤箱预热到350F(180度)
把面粉,泡打粉和盐混合均匀,过筛,放一旁备用。
把黄油在室温下放软后(约30-60分钟),和红糖一起放在一个大碗里打发
