平民版芝士蛋糕
很喜欢芝士蛋糕那种入口即化的口感,但芝士的热量太高,价格也贵,平时也不敢多吃,于是我用酸奶代替了芝士,既降低了热量,也降低了成本,口感嘛也是非常棒。大家先看看成品吧~Y,h-G?z

材料:酸奶100克,蛋2个,黄油24克,低粉20克,玉米淀粉12克,糖40克,白醋少许,盐少许。

1.将酸奶和融化的黄油搅拌均匀.(黄油放微波炉里中火40秒让其融化)#G4i*C/a4S:mo

2.再将蛋黄放酸奶糊里拌匀。y

3.筛入低粉和玉米淀粉切拌均匀。

4.蛋白加入盐,白醋打至粗泡,再分次加入糖打至湿性发泡即可.

5.取1/3蛋白和酸奶蛋黄糊切拌均匀,接着倒回剩余的蛋白中拌匀。3g4\-o)[VR

6.烤箱预热170度5分钟后,烤盘中加水,模具放烤网上,烤20分钟左右至表面上色后转150度再烤40分钟,即可出炉。出炉后立即脱模,冷却后放入冰箱冷藏。
