香煎倉鱼
[color=#404040]倉鱼只要新鲜,怎么做都好吃。如果腥了,那味道就让人受不了。
做法 :鱼打理干净,抹干, 肉厚处划几刀。撒几滴料酒,抹少许盐,扑上少许太白粉。四大匙油烧热,加几片姜爆香,放入倉鱼以中火煎酥脆即可。沾料按个人喜好调配。
