首先準備果王水晶月餅內餡,這次不做蛋黃,

做簡單的不過是一個內餡和果凍皮步驟。

1。將材料A 的-燕菜粉,糖 , 鹽 ,椰漿,綠豆容和香草煮開,一直攪拌直到燕菜溶解,W?7zNgV'vi~P
拿出香草,再加上榴槤容。拌均。8k4T;@-T'xS
減緩火度加上材料B,還要攪拌片刻。)wRi6H ]x2j}9\
2。將混合物倒到小蛋糕的模子,讓它固定。i'Jpr_Wd
(如果沒有小蛋糕模子,倒進8」的盆,等下用形的cutter 來壓成圓形。
