炸猪排

不知道为什么,越是大热天,越是想吃肉,呵呵
想着要减肥呢,但心永远管不住我的嘴,造孽啊,哈哈!
7月19日,外面最起码有38,9度,我在家里炸起了大排
买的大排,家乐福特价7.8元/斤,回家我大排的骨头去掉
然后把大排的肉用刀背剁剁,用盐,料酒腌制半天
腌制入味之后,就要开始制作了,
炸制猪排需要下面几种辅料
先将腌制好的大排裹上一层生粉，具体的有什么目的，我也不知道，
到网上找的做法里面有的，我也就炮制了
裹好生粉后，再浸到蛋液里面
然后捞出大排，等蛋液不再往下滴了之后，再裹面包糠
要买这样粗粗的面包糠，炸出来的大排才够嫩
然后就油锅炸了，等油温达到180度左右，把大排放入
注意一定要小火，我是刚开始把火关掉的，用余温炸的
这样不会把大排炸的太黑
具体的时间我也没有计算，大概也就10分钟左右吧，
其实这个时间主要取决于大排的厚薄程度，
我比较懒，没有高兴将大排削薄，就这么厚厚地炸的，
所以我的大排觉得要时间久一点
然后捞出，控干油份，撒上椒盐粉，喜欢黑胡椒的可以加点
颜色看上去还不错
然后切块装盆，很多的吧，呵呵，解了口服之欲
要趁热吃，真的很不错
配上同学送的辣酱，味道也很好
今天的减肥计划宣告失败
今天的猪排制作宣告成功
真是有的必有失啊

学习了,太好了,正想找个做炸猪排即吉列猪扒的方法呢,这个用来做汤面或汤粉的话会特别好吃

好，玩电脑上网时侯的趣味小吃，不错，不用自己做就更好了
