橙皮银芽菜

1、把橙子对半剖开,挖出果肉,橙皮削掉,橙皮上的白膜也打掉,然后切成细丝.豆芽洗净,用开水焯一下

2、锅内放油,把葱段放在其中加热,一直到葱有胡痕为止,把油滤出备用
