苏式熏鱼
草鱼切1厘米左右的厚块,用鸡蛋、盐、胡椒粉、料酒腌制1小时左右(时间再长也无所谓,味可能更好),炸之前撒上少许淀粉(这样鱼在煎炸的过程不容易碎),烧热锅下油爆香姜片,然后将鱼炸至金黄捞出。倒去油留少少底油,将五香粉略炒,加入砂糖(稍微多点)、生抽和水煮至砂糖融化,随后将炸好的鱼放入,大火烧至收汁,ok装盘。*j7b y-a"[@
