接下来就介绍它的做法,首先准备原料:饭(最好是冷饭或隔夜饭)200克左右,鸡蛋1~2个,脱水胡萝卜粒和调味野沢菜,油、盐少许,(味精就不需要了,因为有了鸡蛋,鸡蛋本身就很鲜美,另外调味野沢菜里面也是含有盐分和味精的,所以就不需要再浪费味精了)。g`n/zf5P$CH2VBV

因为我选用的蔬菜是脱水产 品,所以首先将蔬菜用热水浸泡2分钟左右后滤干备用,将鸡蛋打匀备用。
