蒜香烤青口
还是用野生青口,放进滚水里烫至刚开口即捞起泡入冰水里,抹干水分备用。三大匙牛油以小火煮溶,加入一大匙蒜蓉爆香,放进少许香菜末,两片芝士拌至完全融合。每只青口里加入小半匙酱料,放进烤箱里以175度烤至酱料微焦,香气溢出即可。。。又是喝酒好时机8pF/pIWB6`*hag g
