饺子我爱豇豆肉馅的[30P]

做法:
1、花椒洗净,用勺子压一下泡水,豇豆洗净焯下水~

2、肉馅里加入鸡蛋、适量盐、黄酒、糖、少许生抽及花椒水充分拌匀,顺一个方向搅至肉馅发黏
(花椒水可以提鲜,记得定一下哦,不然把渣渣也倒进去了)

3、搅好的肉馅放一边,然后来处理豇豆,切成细粒,加少许盐拌匀,静置15分钟

4、把豇豆稍稍挤下水,用肉馅充分拌匀,然后再看馅料的咸淡加适量的盐,拌匀

5、准备好饺子皮及放饺子的容器,开包啦~
饺子皮放冰箱里的,上面一张有点水水的~这个皮子不好,厚的啦,没嚼劲,烂烂的,自己擀的好吃,可是我不会~

实际豇豆包饺子味道还可以,但是有一点,豇豆先得烫6成熟,然后稍微吧里面水空干,不然包饺子里面水多不好吃,豇豆还要弄得再碎点,不然调料入味就达不到明显效果,碎后再和肉拌在一起,比例很重要,不然做出来衬不出味道。
