上次心血来潮买了个面条机,做了两次之后觉得和面有些麻烦,就把它束之高阁了。今天中午想到它就做了个捞面。5o

1. 和面

适量面粉,打个鸡蛋,放一小勺盐,这是为了让面更筋道一些。水分几次一点点加,然后就是和面了。和面的标准就是“三光”,盆光,面光,手光,大家看图片就理解了。然后把面盖上湿面醒了十分钟。

2. 做酱

热油锅,先下肉沫,然后葱姜下锅,再加土豆,炒一会儿,加黑木耳;然后加生抽,老抽,适量糖,盐,最后加开水。水量的多少看个人喜好而定;直到土豆煮软煮面为止。

3. 准备淀粉水勾芡,要浓一些。边倒边搅拌,这时酱就很浓稠了。然后把切成粒的芹菜加入锅里。芹菜这时加正好,因为它熟的快,脆脆的芹菜和软软的土豆相得益彰,口感很好。最后关火,鸡蛋搅拌均匀,以细流加入锅里,不要急于搅拌。这样就OK了。 y(p@0h$I5{
