这样做最原汁原味,宝宝已经9个月接近10个月了,去医院做保健的时候营养师建议的宝宝食物中就包含了适量的油,所以宝宝现在吃是没有问题的!

菜的作法很简单,但我觉得应该营养流失的不多,貌似我们这不好买到沙丁鱼,改天去找一找。

用筷子翻转沙丁鱼的做法不可取,建议用夹子翻转,否则容易碎掉。

之前炖的沙丁鱼,炖之前我也用油煎了一下,可惜鱼都散了,不知楼主怎么做的,炸完后还那么完整
