二、必要材料:都是最常见的——
1、肉类:牛肉、猪肉均可;
2、蔬菜:随自己喜欢,土豆、茭瓜很必要;葱蒜、辣椒不可少;
3、菌类:干香菇出味,鲜蘑菇如金针、蟹味菇都提鲜;
4、豆制品:豆腐啊,那是必不可少的。北豆腐香,南豆腐嫩,随自己喜欢,没什么特别要求;
5、海鲜:蛤蜊最常见,鱿鱼、虾仁等皆可;小鱼干、鱿鱼丝也很常见。但是基本大酱汤是可以不用海鲜的。
三、汤底:淘米水是必须的,当然不是淘米的脏水,而是洗净的米搓洗出的白汤。
四、操作要点:
1、煮汤时间的控制:不能时间太长,但要充分煮出大酱的香味;
2、各类材料下锅的时机:按照材料成熟度的不同,不易煮熟的材料早下锅,容易成熟的材料后下锅。[/size][/color]

韩国大酱汤以前只是在餐馆品尝过,味道还真的不错,今天学会了,一定要亲自试一下。
