榨菜肉丝炒豆角[6P]
榨菜肉丝炒豆角人人都会的家常二道小炒,榨菜炒肉丝和肉丝炒豆角,我把俩合为一再加些辣的,就更能馋到人了.榨菜切成丝泡温水15分钟洗净备用,豆角先过水至八成熟沥干备用,猪肉切成丝,加盐,料酒,生粉与一点腌15分钟再过油备用,锅中留底油,爆香蒜茸,辣酱与蚝油,再放入榨菜大火爆炒片刻有焦香,放入豆角翻炒,下老抽放调味料不停炒豆角至软熟后,再回鍋肉丝一同翻炒均匀即可出菜.
