大家可以更换登陆网址是67.220.90.10   就可以更换下论坛的新IP网址174.127.195.166  这样就可以下载附件了。

要看发帖者是用哪个IP开头的发的种子~

意思就是你要是用67开头的下不了就用174开头的，174开头的下不了就换67开头的
