狙击手的护身符-吉利服[30P]

吉利服”（Ghillie Suit）的名字来源于一个叫吉利（ghillie）的苏格兰人，这个词的准确读音是“gah-hee-lee”，类似于“Ghilly”。这种衣服一般用于猎人，一件好的吉利服能借助很好的伪装避免被其他人和动物的发现。

   吉利服基本上就是一件装饰着布、麻袋做成的许多绳、条的外套，这些绳条长约6～18英寸，通常弄成泥土色。完整的吉利服包括帽子、上衣和裤子，也许共有一千多条绳子或布条，这使得吉利服能有效地分割人体轮廓，将其融入自然背景中。这些布条有三个作用：分割人体轮廓、模拟自然植物、为伪装服提供三维外观。吉利服的颜色和组成要随着环境而改变，单独的条、麻布可以很好的模拟杂草为主的环境，在丛林，要模拟阔叶林就要用更大的布条和麻布。布条和麻布使吉利服看上去有立体感，更有效。在吉利服上添加自周围环境取得的树叶和碎片就更好了。

   吉利服最早应用于实战是第一次世界大战时期。苏格兰贵族拉沃特组建了拉沃特侦察兵（Lovat Scouts），他们凭借着吉利服与德军狙击手战斗，吉利服使他们能有效地接近、观察和远距离射击。而英格兰来的士兵则基本上不懂打猎和射击，于是拉沃特人就教会他们怎样伪装和利用光学器材准确地射击和隐蔽地观察德军。

   在一战中，有一些士兵收到了帆布做的吉利服。吉利服的概念在二战中得到普及，甚至有一本手册讲解如何制作吉利服，此时吉利服改名为狙击手服（Sniper suit）。二战中的德军狙击手很普遍地使用狙击手伪装网来遮蔽面部和上身及光学瞄准镜。美军狙击手直到1980年代才开始正式使用吉利服。如今，专业的狙击手都知道这东西的效果，野战伪装的概念甚至发展出了城市用吉利服，被称为“垃圾装”（Trash suits）。
