滴血巴尔干（国家分裂血的教训！真实战场，谨慎入内！）[94P]

内战从斯洛文尼亚宣布独立的那一天开始爆发。只是南斯拉夫政府正在遭遇空前的经济困难和外债危机，当时米洛舍维奇的领导等人推行的政治经济改革与南斯拉夫社会的生产不搭调，产生了严重的排异反映。在这个混乱的时代里，只有最吸引眼球的人才能被人们注意，而默默工作的人会被忽视。

南共高层领导开始鼓吹各自的民族主义，斯洛文尼亚、克罗地亚开始与德国、意大利接触，谋求独立。南政府则利用欧盟内部法德对立（两德统一后美国认为德国功高，将美德关系定位在“领导伙伴关系”，意思是德国在美国对独联体全面的军事优势下迅速接收中欧国家和波罗的海国家，这样既可以扩大自由世界的势力，又可以给陷入90-94财政大赤字的美国减轻负担。当时的法国认为这是德国第三次威胁全欧的先兆。）在斯、克独立初期成功得到了法国“充分尊重南斯拉夫主权”和美国“呼吁各方保持克制，在政治框架内解决争端”的支持。实际上在分家过程中，南斯拉夫分到了最大的一笔资产，除了斯洛文尼亚的大学和企业搬不走（要搬也没法搬，大学里的人、企业里的人都是斯洛文尼亚人，搬到塞尔维亚也没意义），巴尔干最看重的武装力量大部分集中在南斯拉夫中央了。

本来事儿这么结束，也挺好。但是联邦时期长期的人员流动和向全国青年招工的大型工矿企业制造了很多民族聚居“飞地”，这些飞地里爆发了惨烈的民族清洗和巷战。在德国介入之前，穆斯林、克罗地亚、塞尔维亚、马扎儿人并不存在明显的联盟关系，大家都是1vs2或者1vs3.更多的战斗是对一个煤矿，一个路口，一条灌溉渠的争夺，而参战双方只能说是“本村”或者“本社区”人，民族划分并不清晰。

但是德国的介入和西方世界的渲染反而加深了内战各方的种族矛盾，无知而幼稚的西方媒体人根本没接触过这种武装争地盘的战斗。简单武断地用他们在非洲的经验判断为单纯的民族压迫和民族矛盾，德国、英国的NGO（可笑吧？所以说这个世界上没有完全和政治隔离的NGO，成功的NGO恰恰都是纪律严明、军事色彩浓厚的医院骑士团！）开始出现在克罗地亚和波黑进行人道主义援助，意大利开始允许科索沃阿尔巴尼亚“难民”避难（飓风营救里的那些反派），阿拉伯世界最大的搅屎棍——卡塔尔的萨尼家族开始资助圣战者到波黑。

这样，事情就发生了变化。穆斯林、克罗地亚人和斯洛文尼亚人本来在人民军就占少数，新政权里的军事统帅很多还是游击队的老战士，士兵则仅仅是服过两年兵役的工人和大学生，素质甚至比不上南斯拉夫警察。在外来援助存在的背景下，自然是谁更符合西方媒体的“标准”，谁更能拿到“人道主义救援物资”，而在战争中，这些东西就是钱，有了钱自然就有兵有武器。如此循环，劣币驱逐良币，有心维护和平的温和派迅速被“自由战士”和“圣战者”取代，全面的恐怖袭击，在波黑爆发了。

而南斯拉夫方面，一种向全世界宣战的豪情感染了群众。米洛舍维奇这个悲情人物开始获得了集中的权力，各色极端分子、光头党、新纳粹开始穿过边界向波黑渗透，塞尔维亚民兵在前人民军、前警察和现任黑手党老大的组织下纷纷成立，并且悄然间对穆克两族构成了绝对的优势。在一次圣战者对塞尔维亚婚礼的袭击过后，全波斯尼亚的塞尔维亚民兵对穆斯林和克罗地亚人展开了报复。

美德惊异于塞尔维亚民兵战斗力之强，法国则早已放弃南斯拉夫，承认斯洛文尼亚和克罗地亚独立。但是世界列强，除了俄罗斯以外，都惊异于南人民局和塞尔维亚民族的强大战力。初步构建欧盟政治框架的法德尴尬地认识到，仅凭西欧的冷战式武装守土有余，进攻乏力。在联合国框架内虚伪地维了几年和之后，最终求助于美国，开始全面干涉南斯拉夫。阿兰朱佩曰：和美国比，法国就是一条虫！

战争中最受伤的还是老百姓，人类要是还不懂互相体谅、互相尊重，总有一天人类会被自己毁灭。

触目惊心啊,看到小孩到在血泊中真的好难过!欧美虚假的民主是世界动荡的根源.中国坚决不能要

这个世界如此之乱，就是被该死的政客弄出来的...

在西方强大、成熟、而偏颇的传播媒体的操作下，中国及苏联等社会主义国家处处被动，内部分化严重，在20世纪后期纷纷发生政治动荡。像苏联东欧这些国家大多是多民族多宗教信仰聚居的地方，民族矛盾最易被拿来鼓动。
南斯拉夫地处巴尔干地区，这地区数百年来政权更迭频繁，战争连绵，民族历史矛盾复杂。西方媒体很容易找到分化题材，一面倒的偏颇宣传，加剧矛盾的激化；西方政治势力趁机介入，拉拢亲西方分子，通过金钱、政治利益的收买，通过西方媒体神化宣传，在当地逐渐形成影响力，而后通过上街游行夺权。
南斯拉夫就是通过武器禁运经济制裁手段，表面上是呼吁通过政治各平手段解决问题，实际是让双方实力在冲突中消耗。当双方实力消耗贻尽，西方就向亲西方分子提供武器或者直接介入战争。

巴尔干真的是火药桶呀，中国千万不能这么乱，否则，苦的还是广大人民呀，南斯拉夫，我曾经看过桥、瓦尔特保卫萨拉热窝等电影的，对其充满了美好的印象。没有想到国破家亡，再次发生在这个国家了。

仔细看看人类的历史。就是一部战争电影。从人类有意识开始，就有了战争，这个星球上，
只有人类是在不为了食物与交配时杀害自己同类的物种。战争让人疯狂也让人类前进

战争一直以来都是政治的延续，如何通过战争获得最大的利益才是政客们考虑的问题，至于战中哪些死去的牺牲的悲伤的，在政客的眼里只是一组数据，几个小数点，或者谈判的筹码。
珍惜和平，远离战争吧。

兴，百姓苦，亡。百姓更苦

前南斯拉夫本来就是个多民族矛盾很严重的地区，当年靠着铁托的铁腕统治才维持着“虚伪的统一”，国民素质是非常高的，至少比我们中国高出很多，东欧剧变后，各民族在欧美俄势力的各种参与下，才造成了这种民族矛盾大爆发。

战争是残酷的，不伦是胜还是败，最后得利和都是政治家，倒霉的都得是人民大众。

不管如何，没有国就没有家！这个是最浅显最直白的道理！倾巢之下岂有完卵？所以无论政府如何，执政党如何终究是我们自己的家务事！但是如果让外部势力渗透进来就会把很简单的事情搞得很复杂，港独如此、台独如此，东伊运如此！那些高举所谓民主，所谓自由的人背后都有见不得人的私利！为了所谓的功名，所谓的思想而置家国于不顾，置民族大义于不顾！实在是该遭天谴！我是民族主义者，但是我也是个爱国主义者！

现在过的虽然穷点,只要没有战争灾难,就算是幸福了.

从侧面看，一个国家种族越多，地区越多，语言越多就越容易乱，看看我们国家，南疆为什么这么乱，其实就很好理解了，不是一条心自然不能往一处使劲～

多民族混居肯定有许多矛盾，民族信仰不同，而且很多信仰比较极端，战争就不可避免，受苦的只能是老百姓。
