栗子清補兩豬骨湯
材料: 豬骨500克.栗子300克.1YQ}Ym
清補兩(淮山.玉竹.蓮子.百合.芡實.薏米各少許)適量

做法: 1.將豬骨洗凈切塊.然後氽水備用.如[圖1]

4.將以上所有材料放入湯煲中.加入6碗水左右(任憑個人喜好).先開中火煲.如[圖4]
