楼主搞得挺麻利啊,清蒸的话,应该再多来几刀豁口,这样入味,楼主的豁口还是少

吃过很多种鳜鱼的烧法,吃来吃去还是松鼠桂鱼最好吃!

南方人爱吃清蒸的鱼,前提是鱼要新鲜,活杀三小时后最佳。
鲑鱼是个好东东,小刺少,对于爱吃酸甜口的还是最著名的松鼠桂鱼上佳。

清蒸的话弄不好会有腥气残留,上好的食材比如野生的腥味会小些,但价格会比较贵。当然啦,如果去腥很好的话,那就无所谓了,看水平。
