雪菜黄鱼[16p]
1.黄鱼处理干净后剔除骨头

2.起油锅,爆香姜丝后放入黄鱼骨头煸炒片刻后

6.片好的黄鱼肉用厨房纸巾吸干水分

7.放入碗中加点料酒、盐、白胡椒粉、鸡粉抓匀腌制一会

8.把黄鱼排裹上一层薄薄的干淀粉

9.起油锅,放入黄鱼排煎至金黄色

10.捞出用厨房纸巾吸干油

11.提前把冬笋去壳后焯水,切成薄片,雪菜切碎备用。另起油锅,放入干红椒丁、雪菜和冬笋片炒匀

12.加入提前煮好的黄鱼骨汤煮沸
