香酥肉

每个MM冰箱里，都会有些猪肉的边边角角。k'b(DC PfTl
今天周末，无事，就做了点香酥肉，ePTd?'F,n
自己可以加工成酸酸甜甜的香酥肉，或是下火锅吃，也非常不错！ f4Q|$g'_6CT
做法：
Vj\(ec 1，[b]先将肉切成厚片，用盐、味精、白糖、花椒粉、料酒、腌半小时。[/b]4Yq:lg v8H @(u
[b]2，淀粉和面粉以1：1的比例拌匀，小心地加入水调和，千万不能太稀了哦 否则挂不了糊了。[/b]FjZm,vT
[b]3，开中火锅里放油，油热后，把肉肉挂糊后放入锅内炸，同时准备好毛巾擦汗。[/b]

楼主用边角料做得很好的样子,用油也少少,可以称为煎,喜欢这种做法.
