蒜300克,生姜200克,生抽100克,老抽200克,米酒50克,南乳100克,海鲜酱20克,面酱40克,腐乳酱20克,酸梅酱20克,色拉油若干

1、鹅洗净,切开,控干水分后,将老抽均匀地抹在大孟鹅的外皮上,腌一下。,?l"i2^d;NrKpc
2.将南乳、海鲜酱、面酱、腐乳酱、酸梅酱放入烧至五成热的色拉油(用油约60克)中小火调拌均匀成焖鹅酱。[&E/T&C_/V.L{;I!q
3、锅内放入色拉油烧至四成热,放入鹅块,小火 炸10分钟后取出。'uBsMi
4、锅内留油40克,烧至七成热时放入蒜大火煸炒出香,加入鹅、生姜、生抽、米酒、焖鹅酱小火加盖焖制。~JD/f8CaH[!`.M;T
5、在焖鹅的同时,将芋头仔洗净,削皮,切成小块,放入焖鹅的锅中同焖(鹅约焖了40分钟),大约焖20分钟后出锅装盘即可。
