墨鱼蛋羹（9P）

周日在家做成，味道鲜美，与大家共享：

2、温水浸泡1小时
nq"s`2P~&n 3、清水浸泡5分钟
r#y^#XX,Uy-^A\i 4、剔除墨鱼骨、切碎墨鱼肉(C`!q#F,x7K|
6、放入打散鸡蛋中搅匀、放入食用油、食盐、1-2滴醋
^(q$E'z-rEC 7、隔水蒸10分钟左右，放入碎大蒜叶

这蛋羹一定好吃，我以前用过扇贝柱做蛋羹，这样的蛋羹有种独特的味道很开胃，让人不愿意停口
