【做法】1.五花肉切片,大白菜叶手撕成片(一般不用白菜帮子)。

3.锅中加入开水,烧开后放入五花肉汆一下,变色即捞出。大白菜放入盆中。$\j4wN%^%r)]X

4.汆好的五花肉中加入葱姜,大料,味精或鸡精,酱油,耗油和花生油,腌制几分钟。

这五花肉不够花吧? 做法好象也和大盘花菜差不多。。
