台式卤肉饭
前天晚上看着妈妈买的一块五花肉,想啊想啊,突然就想做卤肉饭了,话说当时已经9点了!哈哈 不过,什么也阻挡不了我对追求美食的热情,说干就干,先来看看原料:

事先炸好的红葱酥 这个红葱酥是用红葱头切碎放锅里用小火炸的,很香很香,据说这个就是卤肉饭的秘诀 买不到红葱头就用一小颗洋葱代替也可以
