糖醋里脊

猪里脊肉半斤,鸡蛋一个(蛋小就两个),葱四、五棵,姜一小块,蒜三、四瓣,黄酒两大匙,淀粉约一两五,白糖一大匙,醋三大匙,老抽两匙,盐、味精适量。[/size]
