花生米新吃法

锅中加少许油烧热加入泡好沥干的花生米、桂皮、八角、干辣椒、冰糖煸炒片刻。(个人觉得这样会更香)

炒至可以闻到些许香味就加入盐(盐多少根据个人口味,我想当零食空口吃所以加的不多)炒匀后加入开水没过花生米即可。(加水多少也可根据个人口味,想要酥软一点就要多加点,个人喜欢酥软的口感)

煮沸后加入少许料酒、酱油增香调色,再转小火加盖焖煮。(用的是自家打的菜油所以看起来黄黄的)
