告别夏日之三色鱼片

材料:鲩鱼肉(无细骨的鱼肉最好),玉米,红萝卜,葱'hD[;y_Vz:J:s

1:鱼肉切片,加盐,糖,生粉,鸡粉,蛋白腌30分钟,-@

4:用回此油锅,把玉米粒和红萝卜片一起,加少许的盐,糖,酱油,生粉,水,煮成芡汁糊状
