皇帝蟹煎饼
[size=3][color=Blue]冰冻的皇帝蟹腿,块头很大,肉非常的饱满,但毕竟不是鲜货,风味就是差了些。简单的蒸熟后就可享用一条条的肥满腿肉,口感还是相当不错的,沾柠檬牛油酱最理想,但我这次选择较健康的橄榄油香醋汁,也很适合。其它碎肉拆下做道酥嫩可口的煎蟹饼和镶茄椒。

材料 :(1)碎蟹肉一饭碗,洋葱细丁/西芹细丁/土司细丁各两大匙,香菜末半茶匙,蛋黄酱(mayonaisse)一大匙半,黄芥末酱半大匙,worcestershire sauce)小半茶匙,白胡椒粉少许,(2)茄椒两个(这是由番茄和甜椒接种产生的,非常的甜脆,适宜生吃)。 )`Xl4O&sJ-P

做法 :将所有材料(1)置大碗里充分拌均,分成3-4份,轻轻捏成圆饼状,撒少许太白粉。煎盘底抹少许油,烧热后放进蟹饼转小火煎至外皮酥脆即可。将一块蟹饼分成两份,填进茄椒里。[/color][/size]'@dp0UIL
