海鲜炒意面

材料 :意大利面条半包,中虾8-10只(去头/壳,剔肠,背部划一刀后烫卷),蟹腿撕条,香菇丝,木耳丝,蒜蓉/胡箩卜丝,卷心菜丝,节瓜丝。
