原料:小黄瓜5斤,酱油一代,香醋半袋,大蒜2头,姜一块,干红辣椒,白糖,高度白酒各适量

1、黄瓜洗净,沥干水,切段,用盐腌出水(1-2天),发蔫,晾干'V1w-dmI C
2、酱油煮沸,放白糖,晾凉,再放入醋,配成酱汁儿;蒜,姜切片,辣椒切段(丝)

3、将黄瓜码放入器皿中,放一层辣椒,蒜,姜片,再放黄瓜,如此这般,浇上酱汁,滴白酒,腌2-3天即可。

1、腌黄瓜时最好压上重东西把水分压出来,最好能稍微晒一下,外表干一点.

2、将黄瓜控干以后放在调好的酱油汁里,注意酱油要覆盖黄瓜,否则容易坏。
