制法:1、肥牛入盆加清水淹没,漂尽血水捞出,沥尽水份;豆芽洗净;青、红小米椒去把,横切成圆薄片;蒜切碎米;姜洗净拍开。9[1?fm*H@
2、锅内放油烧热,加入整姜炒香,加水,放入鸡精、盐烧沸,放入豆芽焯水,至断生后捞出,放入大汤碗中垫底;放入肥牛肉焯至刚断生捞出,放在豆芽上。hFm~;n9gUK${~
