清漂亮的點心,只是手工差少少罷,包的時候,加多些少餡料,另石榴外形豐滿些會更好看的,餡料如果先調好,不先炒熱,入雪櫃一晚才作餡,包好石榴才一次過蒸熟,口感應該更清爽的,熟了的蝦仁再蒸是差了的,會老了不夠爽滑的,餡了的西芹粒也不爽了.,
