四川冷吃兔
材料:鲜兔肉250克,姜,大葱,料酒,辣椒,酱油,糖,醋,味精适量,m8nk8X L'J1h-\

2.然后码上一点盐和料酒。再把姜切片,大葱切段,码到兔子肉里;

3.码好以后静置20-30分钟。然后把干辣椒剪成2厘米长的辣椒桶。要吃辣点就多剪点。r

4.20分钟后把兔子肉里的姜片和葱段挑出来。8X6a#[#?

5.放油进锅子里,油辣了放八角大料进去呛锅,油要多放些,能没过兔子肉最好。下兔肉进去。翻几下,不让肉沾锅。5adYw7@4G1nvi

6.放点糖和醋把辣椒放进去,翻几下起锅之前放一点味精。
