i have some question about posting picture and what forum i can post the picture.Can i copy and paste or i have to link picture. i read the guide forum but i don't understand.

upload your picture to photobucket.com or tinypic.com then post the link here with img code

I have asked this question before, unfortunatly no one replied me.
I still don't understand how to do it. Does this mean we can not upload pictures from our harddrive directly?
Is that possible for you senior guys upload some instructions with pictures to explain how to post the picture. That will be much appreciated.
We want to make contribution to the Forum. However we can not do this without knowing how to load pictures properly.
